Johnny B’s Beer Band IPA
Johnny B’s Beer Band is your back-stage pass to hop paradise. This headbanging India Pale Ale packs an upbeat set list that is sure to please even the most experienced groupies. It’s pillowy, soft bass-riff of malt, oats, and wheat sets the groove for a face-melting fusion of Mosaic and El dorado hops to wail on your taste buds. Low bitterness and transcending hoppiness working in rhythmic bliss, it’s no surprise the fans keep screaming for an encore
Another Day Not Promised Pilsner
“ANOTHER DAY NOT PROMISED” is a light Crispy Balanced Pilsner Lager. Brewed with European noble hops (Hallertauer, Spalter Select, Tettnanger) These hops are essential in defining the classic styles of European beers, where subtlety and balance in aroma and flavor are prioritized over intense bitterness or fruitiness. In Lagers Beers and in Life we must appreciate the simple things as we are never promised another...
Mexican Lager
If you’re looking for something to brighten up your day, you’ll find plenty of sunshine in a can of our Mexican lager. Brewed to drink light and fresh, this summertime lager will keep you refreshed and going strong. It has a very smooth and crisp drinkability. All with a really subtle kick of citrusy hops to perfectly balance it all out. So try it and see the light. We think you’ll agree that it outshines all other summer beers.
Berlemoner
This refreshing sour wheat ale gets it's pleasant tingling tartness from a process known as kettle souring while in the brew house. After which, it is dosed with lemon peels in the boil kettle and during fermentation to provide a refreshing citrus character. BER-LEMON-ER will pair well with all your warm-weather activities that require thirst-quenching goodness.
Songbird
Tart and refreshing with citrus notes, Songbird is a Belgian-style saison that takes flight after it’s dry-hopped with Centennial hops. Landing at 4.8% with a light, dry finish, Songbird is great for fans of session beers. Make it a table beer with a rich, home-cooked meal or your go-to for to a lazy Sunday.
Tallgrass Brewing Company was founded on April 8, 2006, by Jeff Gill and his wife Tricia in Manhattan, Kansas. Jeff, a former geologist and avid homebrewer, decided to pursue his passion for brewing after his wife asked him what he wanted to do with the rest of his life. They were determined to start a brewery in Kansas, leading them to move and change careers.

Initially, Jeff juggled his geology job while gaining experience in the craft beer industry, with Tricia's full support. In early 2007, they found a home for their brewery in Manhattan, nestled in the Flint Hills and surrounded by the Tallgrass Prairie, which inspired the brewery's name. The excellent local water was also a key factor in choosing the location.

With investments from friends and family and a lot of hard work, the brewery was built. Their first beer, Pub Ale, was brewed in August 2007. In 2010, Tallgrass declared its "Canifesto" and began exclusively packaging its beers in cans for environmental and quality reasons. The*-+ brewery grew, eventually moving to a larger facility near the Manhattan Regional Airport in 2014 and opening the Tallgrass Taphouse in downtown Manhattan. By 2018, Tallgrass was the largest brewery in Kansas, distributing to 18 states. However, in August 2018, Tallgrass announced it would be shutting down its operations indefinitely.
In 2020, Wichita Brewing Company signed a licensing agreement to revive the Tallgrass Brewing Company brand. WBC began brewing and distributing several popular Tallgrass beers previously made by Tallgrass, including Buffalo Sweat Oatmeal Cream Stout, 8-Bit Pale Ale, Ethos IPA, and Key Lime Pie Sour Berliner Weiss. Coincidentally, Wichita Brewing Company had purchased the original brewing equipment from Tallgrass in 2015 when Tallgrass upgraded its facility and WBC was opening their Production Facility. This means that the Tallgrass beers are now being brewed at WBC on the very same equipment they were originally produced on in Manhattan! Also, the WBC head brewer and production manager, Ned Vahsholtz, had previously volunteered at Tallgrass and most of the Production team had been trained by Tallgrass.

Tallgrass fans can find flagship favorotes 8-Bit, Buffalo Sweat, and Raspberry Jam being brewed year-round, along with select seasonal favorites throughout the year. All current available Tallgrass beers can be found on draft at our three brewpub locations, restaurants around Wichita and Kansas, as well in select parts of Missouri and Iowa. 6-packs of 12oz cans are available at select liquor stores within these markets as well at any WBC brewpub location.
Aero Plains Brewing Company was founded by Lance Minor, a retired U.S. Marine Corps operations and mobility planner, in Wichita, Kansas. After 21 years of service, Minor returned to his hometown in December 2012 with the dream of turning his homebrewing hobby into a commercial brewery.

Planning for Aero Plains began as early as 2009 while Minor was still in the Marines, and he even participated in an apprenticeship at a brewery in California to gain industry experience. With the help of partners Ryan Waite and Brent Miller, Aero Plains Brewing joined Wichita's craft beer scene in 2016. They opened a production facility and tasting room in the historic Delano District, brewing "well-balanced and approachable" beers that often reflected their location, where "the Chisholm Trail meets the runways of the Air Capital of the World."
The brewery quickly became a popular spot, known for its welcoming atmosphere, support of local arts and music, and community involvement. Their flagship beers, Dove Runner Red Wheat and Bingo's IPA, were staples alongside a rotating selection of other brews. Aero Plains gained recognition, even being named Best Kansas Brewery at the 2017 Midwest Beerfest, and their beers were distributed in numerous local bars and liquor stores. However, Aero Plains Brewing Company eventually closed its doors in 2020.

Later, when the opportunity presented itself, Wichita Brewing Company purchased the intellectual property of Aero Plains Brewing Co. This allowed WBC to continue producing some of the Aero Plains' popular beers such as “Wingman Wheat”, ensuring that local craft beer enthusiasts could still enjoy these familiar brews. While Aero Plains had its own facility in the Delano district, the brewing of its beers now takes place at the Wichita Brewing Company production facility here in Wichita.
While Faith American Brewing Company has established its own identity, Wichita Brewing Company has entered into an agreement to brew a variety of Kelsey Grammer’s Faith American beers. WBC currently brews both the Faith American Blue Hazy IPA and Faith American Ale, making them available to restaurants, liquor stores and other venues around Wichita. WBC also proudly serve these Faith American beers on tap at all three of its own brewpub locations in Wichita. Grammer has made numerous appearances in Wichita promoting Faith American’s new products.

Faith American Brewing Company was founded in 2015, and Grammer having cherished childhood memories of visiting the Catskills, decided to use land he purchased there nearly three decades prior with the long-term aspiration of contributing to the region's economic revitalization. Located on a former dairy farm outside Margaretville, New York, the brewery aimed to create "beautiful beers of all varieties" while living in harmony with the land and community. Grammer hoped the venture would bring joy to customers and revenue to the area.
Faith American
The brewery's name, Faith American, holds personal significance, named after his daughter Faith as well as reflecting Grammer's belief in the spirit of America. The taproom on the farm opened for special events, and their beers, including Faith American Ale, Faith American Blue Hazy IPA, and Faith American Calico Man IPA, became available on tap throughout Delaware County and New York State.

The two breweries, one in New York and one in Wichita, KS, plan to continue their collaboration with exciting new releases of Faith American beers in Wichita.
