We’ve turned up the heat with our fifth installment in this series as our test batchers thinned the line between brew master and chef. Normal brew days are packed full of pleasant aromas like malt and hops, but this recipe took it to a whole new level with on-site green chile roasting and zesting of enough limes to make your fingers ache just thinking about it. Of course, this masterpiece creation would not be complete without the refreshing burst of a citrus-like tartness and mouthwatering sea salt. So, cheers, or well, bon appetit!
