We brought back the Oktoberfest Pizza for September’s pizza of the month. This pizza starts with our creamy pot roast sauce as the base. Next it gets a layer of aged white cheddar cheese. Then we top it with juicy beer bratwursts we braise in our Oztoberfest Märzen Lager. After it is baked, we top it with fresh sauerkraut and a spicy brown mustard drizzle. Prost!
