Great! We love going to new places! Please contact us with your location and we will let you know if we can go there. After looking up directions and mileage, we add an additional fee to your invoice if it is outside of Wichita. The Wichita area and up to 30 miles away(from our home at the east restaurant location) is free. For venues 31-45 miles away we charge a flat rate of $45. Anything over 45 miles is billed at $1.75/mile.
We sure do! We always pack a few gluten-free crusts with us, but it is a good idea to let us know anyway so we can pack more if needed. Any of your guests can speak with our buffet attendant at the event to let them know of dietary restrictions.
For each event, the appetizers and the salad are prepared in quantities according to your guest count. The pizza that you choose for your event is unlimited. As guests go through the buffet, they take what they want and then we refill the buffet based on what is most popular.
We need a place to pull up our food trailer that is closest to the door we will be shuttling pizzas through. We do not recommend it be the front door of the venue for foot traffic reasons and to keep confusion amongst the guests to a minimum. We also need two tables while on site, we recommend two - 8 ft tables, but 6ft tables would also work. We ask that they are linened before our arrival. Since we do not do double sided buffets, the tables must be located near a wall, with enough room for us to stand behind. We will also need a power source.
